✅ SOLVED Does anybody recognize this mark?

Found this thin scrap of copper today (about the size of a silver dollar) and realized it has a mark on it. Looks like a monogram of IC or CI with the word TRADE above and MARK below. Pretty sure it's a C, but the right side is a bit mangled. Anybody know what the mark is?

It looks like the logo for the Consolidated Fruit Jar Company.

You are correct Sir! It's the center of a fruit jar lid, and it is not -- as I first thought -- copper.
