There really isn't a machine you can buy. You can make one in you garage with simple materials and a battery charger. Just Google it.

I know this is an old post but on one of his videos he shows his workshop and reverse electrolysis. He says buy an older battery charger. (maybe at a yard sale) The newer ones have some kind of trip switch that turns it off if you do reverse electrolysis.
