Does 14 carat gold tarnish, check this watch back out

Found this the other day tested for gold elements and confirmed anyone can give me some help on gold tarnishing, thankyou

It might have only been gold plated, but 14k is only 58.3% gold and the other metals ( nickel, copper, silver and zinc) could be what the tarnish is from?

Yes, 14k can tarnish. As Back-of-the-boat pointed out, that is only 58.3% gold. Other metals in the alloy could include copper, silver, and a host of other metals. Most of those will tarnish to some degree. Yours looks like a substantial amount of copper.
