Doctors office finds

I found these at my cousins house that was once a doctors office in the 40's. He is going to put the door name plate back on one of his doors. The ring is a baby's ring and it's just gold platted but I still like it. I found a lot of clad and the merc's was only in 2 inches of dirt. I could have kicked them up if I had on my cowboy boots.
