as for my opinion , i think its natural . i cant see any chip marks on it from a hammer or chisel . but i cant see it up close .

Just someone else to put on my ignore list.
You have an over active imagination! You are so desperate to see something there that your
mind is willing to turn any inanimate object into something that it is NOT!
Do you have any treasure legends in your country that speak of "signs" or other indicators of
buried treasure locations? I do not think that they(the same marks) would be the same for every country.

We need more conversation from you to give us an idea of what it is that you are looking for(treasure?)
or what? just posting pictures with NO WORDS, no ideas, just nothing.

Don't look like a post turtle

While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75 year old farmer, whose hand was caught in the squeeze gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man. Eventually the topic got around to Politicians and their role as our leaders.

The old rancher said, "Well, you know, most Politicians are 'Post Turtles'.''

Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him, what a 'post turtle' was.

The old rancher said, "When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a post turtle."

The old rancher saw the puzzled look on the doctor's face so he continued to explain. "You know he didn't get up there by himself, he doesn't belong up there, he doesn't know what to do while he's up there, he's elevated beyond his ability to function, and you just wonder what kind of dumb Ass put him up there to begin with."

Best explanation I've heard yet...

It looks completely natural to me, and does not really look like a turtle at all (just my opinion) except for the "head" part -- sorry.

[No need to get rude. This person asked a legitimate question. If you don't like the post you can always go read another one.]
