It's Friday and i am making my yardsale route. I was almost done checking my local craigslist and saw this listing. I live in Orange county, home of the famous(?) Brandi and what's his name. Heard a rumor they were closing shop. Not the best neighborhood or stripmall and never saw a FOR RENT sign up before.

I will stop on by unless there are crowds. See what Brandi will sell for a buck.

Well I went their today. The place was empty just two employees and a lot of overpriced k-rap.
I guess the price they put on things as they pull out of the units are what they try and sell for in the shop.

It was between yardsale stops so I decide to see. I had been in there before and the only change was the "shrine" to their show is gone.

Well if when you went there and there was a lot of stuff there in the store could be they are not closing … they were just getting rid of a lot of junk for a dollar…. I know that the best yard sellers here that are pulling the big bucks in sell a lot of things for .50 and a dollar………… Do i think they are packing it in ..no they are just getting rid of a lot of crap..I quit watching most reality shows for some time now and Jarod and Brandi were a little to much to take at times..

How could celebritynetworth.com know what Jarrod's net worth is? They might be able to get some idea of how much real estate he owns but unless Jarrod is sharing his personal financial info (which I seriously doubt), celebritynetworth.com doesn't have a clue. I'll take that web site's statements with a VERY large grain of salt.

Well "reality" show participants make a lot per episode, I wouldn't be surprised if it's 50k+ EACH per show. Especially when it's popular and it's time to renegotiate a new season. You never see any of them pulling up in 25 year old Astro vans.

I bet the "yup"(tm) (tm) (tm) guy is kicking himself for killing the golden goose. We already know it's 90% fake Dave! He just didn't want to play the bad guy or at least thought he wasn't making enough to play him.

Apropos of nothing, my nephew is a budding movie star in Calif. He is very handsome and very, very, smart and has his acting career path well thought out. He stunned me when he told me he had turned down several offers for Reality shows, like the Bachelor and Survivor. I asked him why?- and he said they are career killers. Its the only thing you'll ever do. I asked him about soaps, and he said no problem. He has an agent strictly for soaps and another general agent.
