DIV XX and XXI - best non-PI MD to use

Looking for some help here - what non-PI machine would be best suited for the mineralize soils of the DIV? I am not where near ready to buy a new White's PI machine Minelab GPX so my options are a Minelab 705 or White's Classic 5ID. Any input or advice would be great. Thanks.

I use the White's MXT PRO and its great for me in that hot soil. Some other machines that work well there as well are the Fisher F75, Garrett AT PRO, Teknetics T2 just to name a few. The MXT and the F75 have been widely used there and are still finding great relics. I again will be at both hunts this year with my machine. There will be a lot of people there to help you if you need help. It is like a big family and you are treated very well there.
