Discussion About The Puerto Rican Trench?

Could some of you comment with your thoughts about what you think is there in the really deep water just off of Puerto Rico? I have been told that the largest concentration of ships and treasure is located there but the technology does not exist to go that deep. Comments?

The technology exists. Whats missing is the $$$$$$$. It is the 'cost versus return' dilemma.

Thanks for the article, sounds like with spewing underwater volcanoes, shifting plates and a bottom that is constantly changing, whatever is down there is gone for good.
