I'm located between Black River Falls and Melrose. My son and I were going to try a little Partridge hunting this morning and I always have to admire the view when I go by this area.

Sidevalve Northern Wisconsin is about as pretty a place as there is. Coming out of Iowa traveling North is really beautiful any time of the year..

I thought I'd get a comment along those lines.....The ridge is named after a cross roads out in the country called Disco. I remember stopping at the Disco country store for a bottle of pop and a slim jim when my dad and I would go out for a ride. The store has long since closed.
