Hi all slightlytilted here, well this has been a long boring winter. An its going to be a long boring spring,at least for me.I am a below the knee amputee an its sometimes most difficult getting out to do some serious hunting.i am lucky enough to have a couple of friends who take me out.But mostly i'm stuck around williamsport trying the same ole sites. Now i'm facing a long hospital an nursing home stay to learn how to walk again. An it looks like i may not get out to detect til around May,of this year. So i just want to thank you all for all the great stories i get to read on this site and all the fun you all have. They at least keep me interested in this great hobby of ours, as well as make me a little envious. But hopefully i'll be out an about in a few more months,an get to share as well. Till then i wish you all happy hunting.

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about that. You'll do ok anyway - I know Williamsport - the ground won't be ready for you until May, anyway!!! (unless you like snow, ice and then mud).

Then it will be YOUR turn to show us your finds!!!

Make the most of your down time and do your research. Once back in the field you won't want to stop.
