Dinnerware porcelain and glass

New at this. I've been digging up a lot of shattered plates and bowls. They make detector go crazy. Is this common because I thought glassware wouldn't set it off. Thanks

Welcome ! I've Never actually Detected porcelain and glass,
But have found it while digging.
Re-Check those holes.

Hopefully it was a Bowl full of Coins

No detector goes crazy on them. I'm pretty sure that the reason the plates were there to begin with was for roasting silver ore.
