different kind of coin

If i had found a chitlin at school in ms delta it would be normal...but found coin about size of nickel...showed up as nickle on md. marked hong kong......10 cents 1950 . one side other side was guy with crown and around edge of coin....king george the sixth . I hhought it was most unusual coin to find in this area !!! BEEN BEGGING FOR DETECTING JOBS FOR FOOD....NO ONE CARES !! THINK I`LL TAKE MY MD OUT IN WOODS AND JUST TRY TO BE ALONE !
