I'm in S.E. WI. My yard is still frozen so I thought I'd try my luck at the beach. Almost my first swing after ground balancing and my new AT Pro started talking to me. I thought man I must be doing something wrong when I scraped away a little sand and found an earing back. A couple of feet away, again I get a descent hit!! So I go to dig and well the sand is frozen solid past two inches. Okay so I'm digging two inches on everything and doing a lot of wondering whats below the ice. "I'm not going home without a coin"I said to myself. Sure enough a dime. It was like I found a ten cent coupon for my new detector. Not very exciting from a monetary standpoint but I was out there I found something and I can not wait to get back at it!! I hope this dosen't wear off because I had some serious fun!!! I'm guessing my arms are going to look like Popeye's by the end of the season.
