Did a little huntin' with LI Tom today...

If I have it right, Tom's one or two silver away from 50 on the year. Well, if wheaties were silver, he would have had an awesome day :) He pulled something like 8 of them amidst a ton of trash in the picnic area of a local state park; where we've both picked up silver in the past. I started out with the stock 10.5" but decided the 8" was the way to go. We had been there a couple of hours when I hit a good signal peeking through some trash near an old tree. Dug down only 2 to 3" and found a '48 Washington of all things. Didn't think there were any quarters left :) Weather doesn't look too good this weekend and snow's comin' in tomorrow. Looks like this might have been our last hurrah for a while...
