This is a first for me. I hit my favorite thrift at lunch and on the intake counter is a whole box full of jewelers tools and watch tools. I picked it up and went right to the manager. He knows me as a picker so he called out a $100.00 price on the lot. Dozens of awesome vigor and fine swiss tools so it was a no brainer. The sweet surprise was a thin glassine envelope inside an old film canister. Awesome little lot of fine and some very fine diamonds. All the stones are under .30 but they run from a low of SI1 to to VVS and fall in the F color range. .85 carats total. About 40 grams of silver scrap as well. I'll keep the tools but the stones are off to the diamond dude. Happy hunting and sorry for the terrible photo.

howe much will you get for these diamonds? Are those melee?

I would not call any of them melee except the tiny ones (2-3 points) The two 1/4 carat stones are the best quality and I expect the buyer to pay 200 each for them. I would be happy with 200 for the remainder though I doubt I'll get that. they can be sold for more on ebay but you need to buy certificates first. I'm not qualified to grade and because these were purchased in a "pick" they fall into the hobby zone....which means some jamon de belota and a few glasses of fine port for me and my amigos!
