Yesterday I got a call from a friend who has a friend that lost her engagement ring playing in the snow Friday (only snows here in Louisiana about once every 10 to 15 years or so)Her fiance' had just proposed that morning and was at this persons house (her dad and moms) to announce the engagement and show off her beautiful ring. They built a snow man and threw snow balls then she later discovered that it was not on her finger. I went over there yesterday morning and found it within about 10 minutes. Man the good feeling I had when she cried and hugged me, her mom hugged me, the fiancé' shakes my hand and the dad offered me $100. I declined the money and explained that her joy was worth all the money in the world. Merry Christmas!!
