detecting montego bay,grand cayman,and or cozumel

I would like to introduce myself .I am new to metal detecting and was woundering what the laws were at these places.My wife and i are taking a cruise so i was looking forward to hunting the beaches .But could not find any info on the subject.Thanks all for any links or advice.
