Ok, maybe not a hoard but someone tossed a ton of full metal jackets on the beach!

Started the day at the fort for inspiration before heading across the river...typical finds but just glad to get out!

At first I thought it was brass but it may actually be silver...cleaning it up now. Salt water does strange things to silver...

Ha! It was a better hunt than I thought...the old spoon IS silver! BooYEAH!

May be another surprise in the pile...the brass plate in the top left of the pile appears to have a something engraved...looks like crossed guns...stay tuned!

Yeah that's a hoard. Any time you get a chance to hunt in Feb. is "cool".
I should have a good salt water machine by next weekend, for just in case.
