Desert rocks

picked up these rocks on eilat mountains in the southern part of Israel.
Can you please help me to identify them?

Extrusive igneous basaltic lava I believe a few are? Others From what I see would maybe get me to prospect around some. Any streams running out of that mountain?

There a small lake nearby but no active streams (its a desert environment).
