Best,

Chagy........

Well, the post was a little inflamatory. I feel sorry for Tezz. He lost everything he has.

it has been Reposted Below, with Names Removed.

This is Not the place to Name names this is Not a Court of Law.

My bad Jeff, after reading it yesterday I let it stand. This morning, after giving it some serious consideration, I had decided that it needed to go for a number of reasons, threats, name calling, legal action is possibly on the horizon. TreasureNet is not the place to fight these types of battles. So this morning I went VFR direct and deleted it. I was unaware you had edited that post.
In any case, I still am of the opinion that it was inappropriate, and contrary to other comments, no one lost everything, though all involved lost something. I have also had the opportunity to hear both sides of this tragic, but all too common story. As I have said many times in these Forums, before you enter into agreements with anyone, especially in the business of treasure hunting, involve your own legal counsel to represent your interest and put your agreements in writing. This was not done in this case, and many assumptions were made on both sides.
I find all involved guilty of lapses in good judgment, case dismissed.

capt z,
loose lips sink ships, right? but that what we all looking for:)
