'Modern' art glass decorator piece, maybe Blenko or some other high end maker, maybe Mexican...
 

these things worth anything?
 

Decorator value I'd say, not so much in the collectors market... Looks nice in a well lit window or case
 

I think it would look cool with a cork in it.
