✅ SOLVED Decorative or Religious item

Hi All,
Found this in an older park in town. I found a couple of Indian Heads and Mercs over the last couple of weeks. Found this item today which rang up as a penny. As you can see it is smaller then a dime. HNS above the profile. Pat. June 8 09 on the back which is does not flip over as on a coin. The top of the front is the top of the back.
Any help would be appreciated,
