Decisions Decisions Decisions????

Hit a new spot by the woods that I have known about for several years. First question.....'WHICH COIL TO USE?" on my GTI 2500.

The sniper has been pulling out some nice deep targets lately, however, this area wasn't quite as dense as some of my previously hunted sites. I compromised and took the medium 9 1/2" coil.

Here' what I dug up in about three hours worth of searching. A little loot, some coins dating to the middle 40's, an older car-door handle and some spent ammunition shells.

Here are the shells after a hour tumble in my rock tumbler to get the dirt out. I did a little research and got some information from the head stamps.

And if you have the time and patience, you can create some nice small brass rings out of them 12 gauge shotgun shells.​
