I've been working a colonial site latey that has produced a decent amount of artifacts.
KG II halfpenny, KG II farthing, KG III farthing, misc other "toasted" coppers, musketballs, naval flat button, sterling ring, much misc "stuff". I've pictured a few of the better coins and the naval flat button. One reale 1773, 2 Reale 1778 (my best) pictured as dug and after washing, William halfpenny 1701.
Thanks for sharing. Bruce

Awesome finds.:notworthy:

Nice!

I don't think there is a thing called a "reale" it should be "real" for singular or "reales" plural. As a reale that would make it a re-al-eh

Oh get real! Or is it reale? realley? :tongue3:

"Decent" finds??? Are you kidding? You have much higher standards than I do if you think these are just decent finds. You have a great colonial site there. I look forward to seeing what else you pull from it. That 1778 Reale looks almost uncirculated, amazing!

Mel Fisher might call those descent by his standards......I call them AWESOME.....:laughing7:

Super Great finds.

I really outta consider tossing my PC out the window and spending all my time out digging...

But then, how would you be able to experience the thrill of sharing a big find with your friends? ;)

HH!

Nice haul of colonial coins. Love that button too!

Incredible Coins! Beyond Decent! Great Going!

Spanish silver is great . The 1701 William is a very nice coin find .. that one doesn't pop up too often , imo a tougher hard to get dig than a reale :headbang:

So it's gotta be BIG.

Big Trucks, Big shovels and Big Shiny Trinkets.

Got BIG? :laughing7:

Nice stuff! It is rare to see a King William copper in such nice shape. All the ones I've ever found have been worn quite smooth.

Great coins and hunt. Thank you for taking the time to share. Very nice finds.

Really nice digs. That early navy button would clean up well with hot peroxide and a short lemon juice soak and rinse. Probably gold gilded down in the recesses of it.

Cheers,

Buck
