Got a Chinese knockoff brand off Amazon. Now I don’t know how to use it or where to even begin.
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
Yes. I have finally done it. After about 4 years of searching, I have finally found my first washington DC Hutchinson bottle. I had seen the bottom of the bottle, and thought it was just going to be another soda bottle. However, it turned out to be a Smithson & Mazinger Washington DC hutchinson bottle. It's in absolute pristine condition, with no chips or dings. It's a perfect example of a hutchinson from the nation's capital. I shall now show you what the bottle looks like.

And then I have a much better picture of the bottle here as well:

Yeah I mean I don't think there's much else t o say about this. I also found a whole lot of other bottles today but I'm not in the mood to show them all right this second. I will show yall a picture of a native american clay figurine that I also found as well.

That's kind of it for now. I had a really good day today, found my best bottle, and it was just nice to be able to get out again. I'll start trying to post here more often. I have grown my collection but haven't been posting in a while so I'll do better about that.

Last time those bottles were made was just before the sinking of RMS Titanic, very cool, I believe they were in production from about 1879 to 1912. So the president in Washington D.C. at the time of your bottle could have been Rutherford B. Hays, William McKinley, Theodore Roosevelt, William Taft, to name a few. 👍

Nice going great pictures

Congratulations on getting your first intact Hutchinson bottle. Definitely a top shelf recovery.
The Indian is a nice recovery.
