Went out for a couple of hours after work and pulled out:
1699 Halfpenny - William III
1911 Halfpenny
<<<Hard to identify but maybe a Henry V - Silver hammered penny cica 1420s>>>
Roman bronze coin

and bits......

Can't wait until tomorrow, I know I will hit something better soon.

Congrats on the nice finds, hammereds are not so easy! I have not found a Roman coin here in Germany yet, but I am looking, I will be close to Trier over the next year. HH, Mike

Congrats on the nice finds, hammereds are not so easy! I have not found a Roman coin here in Germany yet, but I am looking, I will be close to Trier over the next year. HH, Mike

Got loads of roman coins from the Trier mint. So you stand a good chance.

Now I post every outing, as long as people are interested. This is a hard time of year & things will get better, as in Aug/Sep I have new land to search.

I do believe that those who feel lucky are lucky, and I know what I'm feeling................
