Day# 17 "Another Three's a Crowd" day
Hadn't planned on doing any CRHing today. Good friend took me out to lunch. Right next to the restaurant was a Wachovia Bank. I just stopped in and one teller had $14.50 in loose halves in her tray. When I got outside and looked, three of them were 40%ers. No mess, no dumps and even tipped the lunch waiter $8.00 in clad half dollars. He was thrilled. Said he never saw coins like these in his life. Then again he looked to be about 19 years old. The streak lives at 17 days. And....the pile of silver is growing slowly but surely. Hooray.
Keep at it everyone. There's a "motherlode" out there for someone.
