tried a small space in their arvada colo store. talking with owners and other dealers abou rent increase form $6k mopnth to $16 month. a 10,000 month rent increase. for a very old location. other dealer bought an old bank building a short distance from I-80 antique area in mid-west. small town, nice building and internet sales mostly. if i recall, building was less that $10k. other guy was looking at pacific n/w spots. if you can ship it you can live anywhere. all you need is a post office. small town life? msounds better all the time..
