Took my 17 yr old daughter to an early 1800's homesite that is nothing but a pile of rock. I found a thimble, 2 flat buttons, square nails, and a saddle buckle. I heard her saying "oh daddy, oh daddy oh daddy" and saw she had a coin in her hand. It turned out to be a matron head large cent 1826, her oldest coin to date. I have created a monster.

That is a cool find and congratulations on creating a monster! What part of the state are you in? Im in the Louisville area. Keep it coming out of the ground. (Tell that to your daughter also)!
