Howdy Tnetters. Got permission to hunt an absolutely sweet 1807 brick home in my area. I can't say enough about this spot. I found this spoon this morning and am trying to nail down the pattern and age. It says "Rogers Nickel Silver" on the back. It has no date. I think it is a variation of their Daisy pattern. As an aside, isn't it amazing the quality of things made back then? I was in awe just looking at the design.

Okay folks, seems that the "Rogers Nickel Silver" mark is attributed to William Rogers Mfg. Co. They merged with International Silver in 1898 so I know this predates that. Now off to try to find a date on the pattern.

Just tidying up some blasts from the past (including some very ancient ones), largely for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

William Rogers pattern No.28 from c.1915
