Struck through grease error with all 4 digits missing? Pmd? Any thoughts on value and/or if its worth grading would also be appreciated.

Looks like a greaser to me. Not worth grading. Just not any real value to them.

I dont know what a greaser is, but that to me is just cool.

A greaser means that Grease entirely clogged the Date (in this case) on the Die and resulted in the Date not being stamped (minted) into the coin. Grease on a Die usually only effects one or two digits in the Date or a few letters in "LIBERTY" or "IN GOD WE TRUST" from being struck at all or fully struck and thus the term is a Grease Strike.

Awesome!.. what year is it?

No way to tell the Date other than putting a time period on it depending on the composition! If it is Copper, then it was produced anywhere from 1959 to 1982 and if Copper coated Zinc, then it was produced from 1982 to 2008.

Frank - I have seen several cents with 1 missing digit, but never one like this. Any idea on the value?
