It always amazes me how different silvers come out of the ground. This one I believe went in early and had a tough life between a salted street and a paved walkway. Once again chipped away from a soggy frozen block. She was black scaled beyond recognition so I cleaned her up while drinking a hearty porter on yet another frozen night.

Stay warm and happy hunting!

That's a great find. You're on pace to find 135 silver coins this year. Great job!

You mean 135 dimes. What a dime streak! Lol I'd hate to spoil it with a quarter or half;)

Congrats again on your big silver. People don't forget those!

Hey slow down bro! I'm never gonna catch up if you keep finding silver while I can't hunt t

Cut the crap Abe. Just one of the silvers you're going to find this year is probably going to be older than all mine combined. The good thing is I have researched a bunch and found some sites for promising 1800's silver or better;)

Thaw baby thaw!

Hey brother when we hit the 1600s we take whatever comes out of the ground. But I gotta tell ya, when it's silver with a tree on it it doesn't suck lol

Lucky. Now you just have to find a 17th century gold coin to have full bragging rights. Bet I find one first. Gold-scattered wrecks of the Florida Keys here I come! Maybe one day anyway... :treasurechest::laughing7:

Congrats on #7, I'm only 6 behind lol. That Merc. cleaned up well from what you described. Yep i'm with hurry up spring time!!!!

Good show. You are on a blistering pace. GL&HH.

Nice sweet silver! Just don't get confused in these dark winter days and put the Merc in the beer and drink it!
