To post the photo you need to link to that picture by copying the URL to your post. Put a "bracket" IMG " close bracket" at the front of the URL and a "bracket" IMG "/ close bracket" at the end of the URL. The bracket is that symbol under the { and } on your keyboard. Note the / only goes at the end of the image URL.
