So for the past while I have been eying a residence that has been vacant on the corner of an intersection in a village that was one of the main hubs in capturing jwb. Recently all of the brush was cleared and open dirt was all around. I have been researching for ownership to attain permission to swing around said home. Today on the way to work I look over and see the freshed greenest grass all over the area and sprinklers runni so I think I missed the my opportunity
