Dad's Coins

I was just showing my dad the wheaties I found today and I was showing him the forum and he said he had some old coins and wanted me to take a look. He had some really nice old coins.

1) 1910 barber dime
2) 3 standing liberty quarters, dates had been worn off
3) 1922 Peace Silver Dollar
4) 1925 Peace Silver Dollar
5) 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar
6) an almost perfect 1889 Morgan Silver Dollar


Really awesome coins

I got a Franklin Half from my Dad, only one I've ever seen except on this forum. It's great you two can get together like that! My Dad is coming from out of town in a few weeks and we are gonna MD together... HH

It is amazing to see what your parents have saved over the years and you didn't even know it! My Dad was very eager to show off his coins that he had collected when he found out that I was detecting! Isn't it great!

Those are some nice coins. I especially like the peace dollars. I think they're realy neat. It looks like a young girl on the face of the coin.
