D-Day/Hell's Highway/Battered Bastards of Bastogne/ By George Koskimaki
These are quite the trilogy of the feats preformed by the 101st Airborne Div. during WWII. Beautifully written by my good buddy George Koskimaki. Written through the words of literally hundreds of veterans that George knew, researched and collected. George could also really relate to these gentlemen as he was there too. He was General Maxwell Taylors radioman through the war and jumped with him on D-Day. All his records were recently copied by the National Archives and he has appeared in several History Channel Documentaries. Please if you get a chance read these books. They are fantastic easy reads. Much of the proceeds George gets from these books he donates right back to the 101st Airbornes Division Association.
