No I don’t believe so. I pretty sure its just all metal mode in pin point.

no - im a die hard CZ21 user - i never use the "big gold button"
i think it sucks - i can pinpoint faster with out it - but i hunt in all metal (auto tune) 95%
of the time - used to use CZ20 - own 3 CZ21s now
