Yes, They are indeed lead from the era....No they are not worth much but the sentimental value of a millon bucks.

If you tried to sell them for cash you'd be lucky to fetch 2 bucks a piece for them

The value is that you are the first person to touch them after being shot or dropped by a soldier of the Civil War. Close your eyes and think about it for a minute. My one and oly CW bullet was a 3 ringer much like that that was fired at Union troops by a Reb that was with a group that came to burn down a bridge. I tucked it away in a RX bottle with some cotton. It seems almost sacred to me. Monty
