CW Bullet? Some other whodads

The bullet measures .50 cal 2 rings. At first i thought it was just a modern copper jacketed but i think that color might just be a dark patina. Let me know what y'all think. The next couple- one looks like a turn of the century buckle maybe. The next I'm not sure on its about 2 inches long looks like old copper/brass to me. Let me know if you can ID. Thanks

the buckle looking item might be "shoulder boards" for c9ivil war era officers ...the bottom item if its hollow all the way thu might be a ram rod holder tube that fitted under the barrel mounted in the rifles wood for the ram rod to slide thru ..the bullet is a type of 2 ringer black powder type of round ..
