The other week i bought a Garrett Ace 400. From day one the head phones never worked right. I called them up this AM an explained the problem i was having. Gave the lady the info she needed an no questions asked she said they will be replaced for free an i will get in 3-4 days. Just want to say there customer support is great an never questioned did you try this or that an give a run around. Even said keep old ones an do what you want with them. Great shout out to Garrett an will look forward to doing business with them again 👍👍👍👍
