Custers Luggage Train

I remember a few yrs ago that some decendents of the CSA troops that raided Custers Baggage Train were auctioning off his dress uniforms, swords, etc. Does anyone have any info about the results?

I have never heard of this incident.
Can you give us some more info.
Where was train?
When was it robed?
Sounds like it would be an interesting story.

I think that I saw it on Antiques Roadshow, but I'm not sure. Its been a while. I also think that it was captured at Brandy Station. I wish I could remember more about it. Sorry.

I just did a little research & found out that it was at the Battle of Trevilian Station,Va. on June 11-12, 1864.
