So I found this weird circular thing by an ancient limestone kiln. It seemed like where I found it might have been an old dump as there was a whole bunch of really random things (sadly nothing valuable). It's pretty light and extremely smooth with no markings on it at all. It may seem dirty but I have scrubbed it more then I should have. Any ideas on what metal it is or what it is? Also, it is not magnetic if that helps. I'm not very experienced with naming metals so if there is any other info that would help just ask.

looks like a rein guide.

Looks like it's made of bronze. Is the inside of the hole concave? If so, it might be part of an old bearing race.

They still make rod holders just like that too.

Hmm, it does kinda look like a rein holder. But from the pictures on Google, they don't usually have screw holes.

The inside is pretty much flat all around except near the base, which is convex.
