curious : Where do they Drive the Boat From ? the Tower or the Front

That propulsion unit in the rear is detachable. The barge section might have bow thrusters. I didn't watch the vid.

In some modern ships the wheel is replaced with a simple toggle that remotely controls an electro-mechanical or electro-hydraulic drive for the rudder, with a rudder position indicator presenting feedback to the helmsman.

In future there will be crew less ship as Roles become automated.technology. It has been tried and tested that some sail crew less boat via satellite from home or in some case zero human interaction at all.
