Curious lead bar. Any Ideas? SOLVED

Found at an old dump. It looks to be made of lead and measures 3 3/4" by 7/8" and weighs 165.8 grams. Has some kind of image of a person holding up their hand with something in it. Any Ideas?

Looks like a National Lead Co. "Dutch Boy" lead ingot or solder bar, made by the same company as Dutch Boy paints.

Nice ID. I wanted to add that there are similarly shaped bars that are alloys and are called babbitt metal. I thought I had hit the big time for a minute once when I found a bunch of old silver bars marked Richmond. Turns out they are worth nothing.
