Cufflink I.D.

Yes, I did get a little overzealous on the cleaning. Amateur mistake. I saw a couple shiny parts on the face and couldn't help myself. Live and learn. Actually had a nice patina on it Regret.
Anyway. I have not seen a cufflink post like the one on this. Can anyone fill me in?
