✅ SOLVED Cuff link?

The first photo was snipped from a previous post by another member, but I cannot find the original post now. Can anyone tell me what this is. I found a broken one recently (2nd and 3rd photos) and cannot find any info. I seem to recall them being referred to as either cuff links or collar buttons. The one I found is made of copper. Driving me nuts!
