Yes, it is a cuff stud/link and it is from the late Victorian era. Very nice find :thumbsup: Breezie

Thanks for the ID. One more question please. Was there such a thing as a ladies cuff link? This one just doesn't look "manly" with the flower motif.

My 1909 Sears Roebuck & Co. catalogue has them listed as GENTS' DUMB BELL PATTERN CUFF LINKS and many of them have a flower pattern.
