Are you kidding me??? Where'd you get that? Is the crystal jaw separate from the rest of the skull???
Read this article!

There was another article I saw that talked about the few other crystal skulls from other countries... that one looks identical to one of the skulls I saw in the picture. I'm trying to find the link for it, but I can't. Anyway, research that skull!

I bought the skull at a Rock swap in OK, & the
lower jar is not seperate.
Thanks for the links, I had heard about the one in
this link somewhere before.
I would lean very heavily toward (modern mfg),
I've seen Mineral mags where you could order them.

Is it really crystal? Or could it be acrylic?

Yeah it looks real, I have dealt in crystals for several
years, being near to Mt. Ida Ar, ( Quartz capital) of U. S.
The inclusions, (tiny colorations, & cracks) show up
in a better light, it is dark with the 'smoky coloration'.
I tried a knife blade, (on the bottom of course),
it wouldn't even scratch it.

Wow.....amazing!
imagine being that talented, huh?

Yeah, from all I have read, extremely hard
to carve, without shattering them.

That's what I've read, that's why I was so excited to see someone off of T-Net actually have one in their possession! :)
