It sure looks like it was started but never finished you can clearly see the chip marks I found a few Clovis points out here some never finished also Dd60

Yer sir looks to me like it's been worked. There was one area in a field were we used to find a lot of unfinished points. We figured maybe they chipped wrong or something and we always considered them rejects
