Crude point or Cruel Joke by Mother Nature??

Hey all, hoping for your insight on this one....I think it's sandstone..and hard to tell if it's worked....but that shape though...lol ....Did they ever make points from sandstone...or other softstone?

Nature's ability to work shapes.
Doesn't look like it has been worked by man.

agree not a NA point but a fooler.
sandstone was not used for points but was used for some items like pendants or gorget.

Faker for sure cause it’s the wrong material. I find them all the time in creeks

That and the cube base… 90 deg angles are kinda the opposite of what you’re going for when knapping. And wouldn’t sit well in a haft.

Boy ain't that just frustrating. Can't tell you how many times I have seen something that I was sure was a screamer until I picked it up just to find that nature had stuck it to me once again.
